Over the last few years, smartphones have seen an unprecedented adoption rate. This has resulted in people able to find instant results and answers for just about anything. This instant access to the internet means that a brands results on online review forums like yelp and amazon are extremely relevant.

A recent study showed that 80% of smartphone shoppers use their mobile in-store to help with shopping. A consumer can look up a product on their smartphone and see what other buyers have to say about the product, thus, helping the decision making process. This makes it imperative for brands to be able to identify and respond or react to these review forums to maximize purchasing decisions and ROI.
